Worldwide Shipping
Nayme ships worldwide. You can select your destination country, and once you’ve added your desired products to the cart, the minimum shipping costs will be calculated on the cart page. During checkout, you will be able to select the most suitable courier for your delivery address, choosing from the main shipping providers available in your country, with the relevant rates, delivery times, and additional options.
We kindly ask that you provide a delivery address where someone is always present (e.g., workplace, neighbor, etc.) and a phone number where you can always be reached. In the event of a missed delivery, the courier may attempt to contact you or leave a notice with further instructions.
All shipping services come with a tracking code, which will be sent to you via email once the order has been dispatched. (Please note that for some services, tracking may become active 24 hours after shipping.)
Courier Handover
For orders placed by 12:00 PM (GMT+1) on business days (Monday to Friday), we guarantee same-day handover to the courier. Orders placed later may also be shipped the same day when possible.
Orders placed on holidays or with requested modifications will be shipped the following business day.
Receiving Your Order
Once you receive the package, please check that the packaging is intact.
If the parcel appears damaged or has been sealed with non-original tape, please accept the package with reservation, and notify both the courier and our customer service. If the package is not accepted with reservation, we will not be able to file a claim with the courier for investigation or reimbursement/replacement of missing or damaged items.
Important Notes

Delays or Delivery Issues: If any issues arise, we recommend contacting the courier’s local branch responsible for your delivery. Please also inform our customer service, and we will do our best to assist you quickly and efficiently.

Delivered to Others: Occasionally, a shipment may be marked as delivered when it has been collected by a family member or neighbor. Please check with those around you before reporting a missing delivery.

Internal Error: At Nayme, we strive for excellence, though rare mistakes can occur (e.g., a product might be missing or incorrect). In such cases, please contact us promptly. We will conduct a verification (our packing area is equipped with double checks and video surveillance) and, if an error is confirmed, we will promptly ship the missing item or issue an immediate refund.

Failed Delivery: If the delivery fails (due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or no response after multiple attempts), and the package is returned to Nayme, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Any re-shipment will also be at the customer’s expense.

Damaged Item: While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and, if possible, supporting images. Our customer service will quickly assist you in resolving the issue.

Refused Packages: If you refuse a delivery without prior authorization and the shipment is returned to Nayme, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs. In the case of customs, any duties and related return fees will also be your responsibility. If the parcel is not returned and is held at customs due to unpaid fees, the order will be considered lost.
Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)
For urgent deliveries, we offer express shipping within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). From the moment the package is handed to the courier, it will be delivered within 24–48 hours, barring any courier-related issues.
This service may not be available for remote areas or islands.

Customs Duties (Non-EU Countries)
There are no customs duties within the EU, and all shipped products include VAT.
For non-EU countries (and locations such as the Canary Islands), shipments are sent VAT-exempt and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT based on the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
By law, we must declare the value and nature of the goods being shipped. It is not possible to under-declare the value, misrepresent the contents, or mark the shipment as a gift.
Customers are advised to check with their local customs office and chosen courier branch to understand the exact procedures and potential costs.
In some countries, customs may hold the package for inspection (e.g., due to missing recipient requirements) and may require the appointment of a broker, which may incur additional costs—also the responsibility of the customer.
Nayme has no control over customs procedures and cannot estimate customs duties, import taxes, or fees. Under no circumstances will Nayme refund these costs.
If customs clearance fails, the package may be held or returned, and return shipping costs, duties, and related charges will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
