30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Every package is opened under video surveillance.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thenayme.com.
If your return is accepted, you will be issued a return number, which must be included inside the return package.

Once received, the items will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the return conditions. If there is any sign of use, the return will be rejected.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns from Italy and the EU

Each order is entitled to one free return within Italy and the EU. Nayme reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. The courier will arrange a pickup at your specified location, or you may drop off the return at a designated pickup point.

Alternatively, you can return the item at your own expense.

For any additional returns from the same order:

  • Italy: €6

  • EU countries: €9

This fee will be deducted from your refund.


Returns from Non-EU Countries (Rest of the World)

Returns must be sent via mail or courier of your choice.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the sender is responsible for any damage, loss, or delays.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and provide a solution.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a refund through your original payment method within 14 business days, provided your return is approved.

Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For credit card payments, it may appear on the following month’s statement.

If your return does not pass inspection, we will contact you with further information.
Please wait until the indicated processing time has passed before contacting us regarding the refund.

  • Italy & EU: The refund will cover the value of the returned product(s) and the minimum outgoing shipping cost (excluding any extra services such as express delivery).
    If only part of the order is returned, only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded.

  • Non-EU Countries: Before returning, please check with your local authorities regarding potential refunds on taxes or VAT paid.
    If customs duties or fees are applied, the package will not be accepted and will be rejected (held at customs or returned to sender at the sender’s expense).
    Only the returned product(s) will be refunded, minus variable handling fees depending on the destination country.


Please Note:

  • Any promotional codes used in the original order will not be reusable after a return.

  • If returned items do not meet return conditions or are damaged due to improper use, the refund will be denied.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
